As a European, I am curious as to your current weapons limitations imposed in some States and not others. Why the variations and the conflictual relationship between State and Federal relationships on this issue. How does this also conflict with 2nd Amendment rights to bear arms and how comfortably does this Amendment still sit in a country in the 21st century with some?
Do you also think that the majority of Americans are beginning to question that the kinds of weapons on the streets today far exceed what is covered under "the right to bear arms", is exceeding the remit, and what kinds of suggestions or changes would you like to see in current or potentially workable solutions into the future?
I would stress that this is not a debate on taking away all guns, but more on looking on how some States have limited what guns the population can access. And what could be in the pipeline in the future to better protect and keep streets safer with damage limitation in mind.
